Análisis de la batalla de Maratón

Abstract

El presente artículo pretende entregar un análisis de estrategia militar sobre la conocida Batalla de Maratón, ocurrida el 21 de septiembre del año 490 a.C. en Grecia. Para ello se utilizará la estrategia de análisis militar y no histórico, con el fin de enfatizar en la estrategia militar en su contexto histórico y no en éste como principal objeto del análisis. El artículo centra su atención en la táctica del envolvimiento, sobre el cual se realizarán numerosos análisis históricos, políticos y estratégicos posteriores, por lo tanto, también se analizarán las consecuencias políticas y estratégicas que se utilizó en dicha batalla.

This article aims to provide an analysis of military strategy on the well-known Battle of Marathon, which occurred on September 21, 490 BC. in Greece. For this, the strategy of military and non-historical analysis will be used, in order to emphasize the military strategy in its historical context and not in this as the main object of the analysis. The article focuses its attention on the tactic of involvement, on which numerous subsequent historical, political and strategic analyzes will be carried out, therefore, the political and strategic consequences that were used in said battle will also be analyzed.
