dc.description.abstract | En este artículo, se analizan los desafíos que enfrenta el desarrollo de una escuela inclusiva de calidad, desde su perspectiva institucional. Se articulan una serie de reflexiones, destinadas a facilitar, en cada comunidad, el asentamiento de dispositivos prácticos e ideológicos, que garanticen la comprensión institucional sobre las dinámicas de poder en las que se inscriben los fenómenos de innovación y cambio, desde una perspectiva inclusiva. Se recurre al análisis de la igualdad de posiciones. como elemento de compensación dentro de un marco analítico que permita develar los problemas institucionales en el campo de la legitimación de la diversidad. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | ln this article, the challenges an inclusive quality school development face are analyzed from its institutional scope. A number of thoughts to facilitate, in every community, the installation of practical and ideological mechanisms guaranteeing institutional understanding of power dynamics -where innovation and change take place from an inclusive standpoint- is articulated. An analysis of equality in job positions is performed. as a leveling element within an analytical frame allowing institutional problems of legitimization of diversity to be unveiled. | |
