dc.description.abstract | La Supervisión Clínica es un dispositivo complejo cuyos objetivos son tanto normativos (control de la calidad de la intervención) como restaurativos (soporte emocional) y propiamente educativos (mantener y facilitar la competencia. capacidad y eficacia general). Para el logro de estos objetivos, en este trabajo se reflexiona desde la dimensión relacional y las posiciones transferenciales de supervisor y supervisado en la producción del discurso de supervisión, con vías a captar algo de la emergencia de la subjetividad profesionalizante en dicha producción. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Clinical Supervision is a complex process whose objectives are normative (control of the quality of the intervention), restorative (emotional support) and educational (maintaining and facilitating competition, capacity and overall effectiveness). To achieve these goals, this paper reflects from the relational dimension and transferencial position of supervisor and supervisee when addressing the discourse of supervision, aiming at catching some of the emergence of professionalizing subjectivity in this production. | |
