Del acuerdo de unión civil y su injerencia en la adopción de menores

Abstract

El presente artículo aborda el fenómeno de la reciente aprobación del acuerdo de Unión civil. tratándose de una temática de fundamental importancia en la consagración y reconocimiento formal por parte de nuestro legislador de la existencia de la familia frente a las relaciones de convivencia, se analizan los aspectos más trascendentes de la ley Nº 20.830. a su vez, se aborda la situación actual en relación a la problemática que ha generado la entrada en vigencia de este acuerdo con la ley sobre adopción de menores, dada la profunda revisión que el Derecho de familia ha tenido y continuará teniendo en Chile, debido a la nueva legislación vigente y los numerosos proyectos de ley en tramitación vinculados a la materia en análisis.

The present article addresses the phenomenon or the recent approve of the civil union agreement. Being a topic of fundamental importance in the sanction and formal recognition on behalf of our legislators of the existence of the family on the topic of coexistence relations, they analyse the most transcendent aspects of law Nº 20.830. At the same time, it will be addressed the actual situation in relation to the problematic that the entry into force of this law has generated upon adoption of minors, given the profound revision that the family law has had and will continue to have in Chile, a big problematic due to the new legislation and the numerous bills being made around this topic of analysis.
