dc.description.abstract | Este escrito entreteje percepciones, observaciones y lecturas, con la intención de aportar a la epistemología del género desde tres vertientes: 1. El género como categoría analítica y relacional; 2. La conjunción de dimensiones como: autonomía, posicionamiento de las mujeres en la academia, independencia; 3. El poder ejercido por ciertas mujeres; algunas, contestatarias y beligerantes; otras, practicantes de una eficaz resistencia pasiva; otras más, adheridas y reproductoras del estilo académico patriarcal. Se abordan casos de académicas del mundo laboral de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), en León, Guanajuato; para aportar conocimientos, atendiendo la versión subjetiva de sus experiencias en dicho contexto. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This paper interweaves perceptions, observations and readings, with the intention of contributing to the epistemology of gender from three aspects: 1. Gender as an analytical and relational category; 2. Conjunction of dimensions such as: politics, autonomy, positioning of women in the academy; 3. The power exercised by certain women; some, rebellious and belligerent; others, practitioners of an effective passive resistance; and others, adhering to and reproducing the patriarchal academic style. It deals with cases of academics from the labor world of the Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in León, Guanajuato; in order to provide knowledge, taking into account the subjective version of their experiences in this context.
