dc.description.abstract | El artículo sintetiza los resultados de una evaluación realizada en el año 2014, a casi 15 años desde que se presentaran estrategias nacionales impulsadas por el Ministerio de Educación de nuestro país, en el ámbito de la salud de los profesores. Este trabajo es parte del proyecto Fondef N° IT1 3l20027. El estudio tiene un carácter cuantitativo, con enfoque empírico analítico, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Los resultados y conclusiones señalan que pese a las orientaciones de las políticas educativas, en esta dimensión, los profesores aún muestran preocupantes niveles de estrés y agotamiento profesional. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The article shows the results of an evaluation conducted in 2014, nearly 15 years since national strategies. promoted by the Ministry of Education in the field of teacher's health, were presented.
