dc.description.abstractEl compromiso es un concepto presente en los últimos estudios en materia de motivación, principalmente en el ámbito aplicado al contexto de trabajo y rendimiento cuya pertenencia obedece a procesos voluntarios. Estudiar la continuidad de los alumnos desde la perspectiva del compromiso permite detectar los factores que sustentarían la persistencia de quienes escogen las carreras de pedagogía. Así las acciones y recursos dirigidos a la retención de estudiantes de podrían verse optimizados. El presente artículo revisa el estudio realizado con alumnos de primer y segundo año de Educación Física durante el segundo semestre del año 2011.es_ES
dc.description.abstractCommitment is a concept that has been present in recent studies on motivation, mainly on the field applied to the working and performance context, in which commitment is a voluntary process. Studying the continuation of students from the perspective of commitment allows to identifythe factors underlying the continuation of those students who choose pedagogy degree programs. Thus, all actions and resources aimed at achieving good student retention rates could be improved. This article reviews the study conducted with first- and second-year students from Physical Education during the second academic semester of 2011.
