dc.description.abstract | La Universidad UCINF aplica anualmente desde el año 2010 un instrumento de caracterización estudiantil con el propósito de conocer integralmente a los alumnos que ingresan cada año. El presente artículo corresponde a un análisis del perfil de ingreso de la cohorte 2012 de la carrera de Pedagogía en Inglés, basado en los datos que proporciona dicha encuesta para las variables socio-demográficas, socio-económicas y académicas. La caracterización del perfil de ingreso de una cohorte en particular al interior de un programa universitario, apunta a explicitar la naturaleza heterogénea de tal grupo para una comprensión integral sobre tal cohorte y la consecuente toma de decisiones que contribuyan al logro del perfil de egreso. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Since 2010, UCINF University appliesan annual survey instrument of student characterization in order to comprehensively know the characteristics of the students that enter every year. This article is an entry profile analysis of the students who entered Pedagogy in English language in 2012 and it is based on data on socio-demographic, socioeconomic and academic variablesprovided by this survey. The entry profile characterization of a particular student cohort within a university degree program aims at specifying the heterogeneous nature of such group to fully understandits characteristics and the consequently decision making process contributing to meet the graduation profile. | |
