La Convención de los Derechos del Niño(a) y la Teoría del Apego:

Abstract

EI presenta (sic) artículo expone la vinculación factible de establecer entre la Convención de los Derechos del Niño(a) y la Teoría del Apego, desde un nivel macro social hasta el nivel de la red más próxima, a saber: la familia. En ese sentido, propone la articulación que debe hacerse entre el estado y las propias familias, fomentando estilos de apego saludables, para consolidar en la praxis el discurso que propone esta Convención. De esta manera, ilustra las complejidades, paradojas y desafíos que surgen al leer dicha legislación a través de la mirada de la Teoría del Apego, identificando las necesidades y oportunidades que se plantean, tanto al Estado como a todo ciudadano chileno en aras de promover un verdadero cambio en la visión de la Infancia.

This paper exposes the feasible link between the Convention on the Flights of the Child and the Attachment Theory, from a macro social level to a family level. ln that sense, it proposes a joint work between the State and the families, promoting healthful styles of attachment in order to put into action what the Convention proposes by the Convention. So, this study shows the complexities, paradoxes and challenges arising when this legislation is read through the glance of the Attachment Theory, thus identifying the needs and opportunities that arise for the consideration of the State and all Chilean citizens, for the sake of promoting a true change in the vision of the Childhood.
