dc.description.abstract | El presente ensayo aborda la descripción del fenómeno de las organizaciones sindicales docentes dentro del escenario neoliberal y de las contradicciones que se generan en éste. Aportando a la superación del vacío de conocimiento que en torno a esta temática existe. La propuesta de reflexión del presente artículo está en función de la relación del tipo de organizaciones y sus características principales, con las necesidades que emergen de la inclusión en los sistemas educativos de los modelos de calidad total, así como con la posibilidad de hacer frente a los procesos de profesionalización y precarización de la labor del profesorado. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This essay addresses the description on teachers' union organizations immersed in a neoliberal society and contradictions arising from this economic model. This paper also contributes to overcome this lack of knowledge about teacher unionism. The oonsideration proposal of this essay is based on the relation between the type of union organizations and their main characteristics- and the needs arising from the introduction of full quality models in educational systems, and also the possibility to face the professionalization process and labor precarization of teachers. | |
